Quinta de Monforte
Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and ends in French oak barrels.
Aging in the same barrels for 12 months
Citrus with slight nuances of rye.
On the nose, notes of tree fruit (green apple, white plum) and lemon stand out.
In the mouth it is very fresh, granite, with a good balance between structure and volume, providing some complexity.
The barrel aging is discreet, making its finish long and intense.
